Dawn of the Golden Age of Words

We-he-hell, here's my little live journal, this should be fun. In case your curious, my name comes from the phrase "Pasaj Al Cathala" which means "time passes" but it sounds so much cooler, no? I suppose I'M of course gonna like it more when I designed it! If you're interested in learning the easy language of Farsic so that you can become my secret-code-super-spyfriend let me know سمي جون okay I just wanted to make sure the arabic works let me know if you don't see those weird squiggles. And don't worry I'm not great at arabic myself yet, so I won't write in it too much. What I just wrote was "my name is John," and it is! I actually just got back from a review session for an arabic test, and the TA seems to have that problem of not explaining to well. She goes along with the pessimistic attitude of the class. It's really hard for alot of them to learn the language, but I would at least try to encourage them, not add to their anxiety. I also saw some simple things that could have been explained better, some teachers just have trouble understanding questions, but she's a TA and has more experience to gain (listen to me, as if I had any myself!) With the regular teacher it can be a problem too because she's a native speaker and to her certain things that students don't understand "just are that way." But I'd rather have a native speaker so that I can get all those pronunciations down.
I'm gonna try really hard to not talk too much about language it's just something I think about alot. I also think alot about philosophy, and that IS good reading material!!! I'll try to make that my next dish, maybe some stories too!
