I am alive. I want to use LJ more. I am very, very tired of Facebook. It is just a train wreck that keeps going.

I havent thought about CotD in years. Luckily, i have kept up with the boob posts on my Tumblr.

I'm ok. Good days and not so good. But as time goes by, more good than bad. (So that's a bonus!) I have pretty much isolated myself from just about everyone; but as the pandemic has made isolation mandatory; I have become lonely and long for a human connection again. Such is life, I suppose. Glad to see you back online again. :-) Makes me smile. Thank you for that.

Hrmmm i can understand that. I've noticed a lot of people are having problems with isolating vs socializing. I had been dealing with depression for a while and it was rough. Have you spoken to anyone about it? Like, a professional? A therapist really helped me overcome my emotional inertia and get myself help.

That may be my next step. We have a very good program with work, so I just need to get off my lazy tookus and get on with it!

It is really hard to start. I had no energy so I had nothing to put toward actually trying to get moving and find help. You can do it! If my big butt can get up your little tuckus can! :)

The break up with Neil and now the quarantine, has caused me to eat uncontrollably. Tookus is a lot heftier than it once was. :-)

But, you are right, I need to motivate myself and just get up and do it.
