I don't understand why the meter have to keep jumping even when the cab is not moving a single inch. It is understandable when we are charged peak hour charges, city area, midnight surcharge, erp, etc etc. But when the cab is not even moving, why are we still being charged continuously? What are we paying for, waiting time?! It really gets on my nerves when I sit my ass in that overly cold cab during peak hour and the cab crawls like a turtle. It. Seriously. Is. Damn. Annoying. It might not be the cab driver's fault but when you are alone in the cab there is really no one else you'll wanna throw your shoe at but the cab driver. I don't understand why these charges must be imposed on us. Can't we just pay according to distance travelled?!
