Gong xi gong xi
So I'm back here again after a year of no visiting or dropping by. I must say it had been a mixture of feelings ever since arriving back to this air/water polluted and jam efficient country. My parents almost convinced me to stay for another day. My mum was just telling me how much my cousins have grown, what the progammes are going to be, etc etc. And truthfully, my anticipation level for the next few days barely hit 20%. The other 80% is filled with pretty much dread and anxiety. Imagine a house full of noisy infants/toddlers, gossiping housewives, and loud middle aged, half drunk, smoke-emitting men. (okay maybe not the drunk part) But still, not very exciting, really.
The only upside is that, well, I do feel a little warm and fuzzy to be back home. To be able to do whatever I want without having to feel restricted. To be able to switch the tv channel rather freely! And the freaking movie tickets on weekdays are 15,000 Rp = Less than S$3!!!!! Hahaha. I will watch my fill of movies over here before I head back. Hehehe.
