Today, 7:30 am: I wake up in a daze because I didn't set my alarm and my mom forgot to wake me up. Great. Bond Lake was supposed to be today (even though it was), and I'm already probably going to be late.
I get there, and naturally I have to get a book I forgot Friday, and by the time I get back, the bus is here. Of course, being the luck that I have, there were almost no seats left. Grrrrr!!!!
After running 1000000000000 miles, I get home and apparently I have to hurry up and get to the library because I have this crazy project due Monday for AP Euro.
I swear that the library has absolutely nothing. NOTHING! Except for a few reference books. And half of the books the system said were available weren't in the stacks. Just my day.
I spent about 2 1/2 hours at that crazy, noisy, child-filled noise-o-rama trying to get information and put it in my powerpoint when a nice little message comes up saying that I have 10 minutes left on the computer. I didn't even try to renew my time because there were a few people waiting for a computer.
So I finish my stuff, get all the information, and then leave.
After a craze-filled afternoon comes a craze-filled evening.
Apparently my aunt and grandma are in West Palm Beach now, right in the path of that damn hurricane. I swear it must be the family luck or something. So their windows are ready to blow in and the winds are only at 55 MPH. And of course, it wouldn't be complete without saying that the winds are supposed to be around 66 MPH tonight there, and the building is swaying like crazy, and the power is going crazy.
....More information to come, probably tomorrow....
