I woke up screaming and flailing my arms last night after having dreamt that I was a federal judge and a plaintiff was requesting that I enjoin a state prosecution in a manner that might violate various rules of prudential abstention and standing doctrine.

Don't worry though, it's really not as scary as it sounds. I got right back to sleep.
