so.... now what?
last thursday i graduated and finished my undergrad career at cal.
and now i dont know what to say. i'll recap
the day started EARLY for bbg's graduation at 9am. woke up around 7:30, headed up to Zellerbach by 8am. the ceremony was pretty short and the speakers were good/inspiring, etc. there were lots of pictures taken (see facebook). we went out to lunch with his family at henry's.
came home and took a much needed nap. my family came up around 4pm, when we had a VERY EARLY dinner at hua hin. changed at home, went back to zellerbach by 6pm. my ceremony was way liberal and way laid back, it was awesome. i was very sad throughout (except for the times i was bored). the speechs segment was a little long for me. walking up to the stage, i was nervous. but then my name was called and i heard cheering from the dc kids and all was well again. thanks, guys, for coming, it really meant a lot to me.
lots of pictures before and after the ceremony. family left. hung out with dc kids and bbg at mel's. i loved my chocolate milkshake... cat ho got a fried twinkie sundae, which was insane. then we tried to go to beckett's, but the youngins were carded. went to bear's lair, but it was far too crowded. opted to get drunk in secret location, amazing fun ensued, naturally. i would tell you, but no. i dont think i could've picked a more appropriate ending to my night. there were pictures, and i will treasure them FOREVER.

friday, i cleaned some of the apartment, and it was very therapeutic. then i went to beckett's with the cats and amina and got way too drunk. drunk dialed helluve people.
yesterday, tied up loose ends with the university (returned library books, my grad gown). walked through campus and got really sentimental. i really will miss the place, and not just because the real world sucks (or so i hear). went to rich's grad party in alviso last night, pretty super awesome. i never knew sober karaoke could be so fun. said some more goodbyes, was sad.
and now what? i have jury duty tomorrow, fuck. i have to be there (in the city, btw) by 7:45 am... WHAT THE FUCK? dont worry, i knows all about jury nullification. the only thing left, i guess, is to start packing... oh and im going to giants on friday and sunday (visquel bobblehead day! AND my parents got us club level seats... im excited).
