at some point between finishing up random errands for various people in the office to catching up with seemingly all the editors from last semester, i realized that your last semester at school is very much different from any other semester you'll experience. which is news to me.
sitting in class was different. i genuinely care about the material for my classes, i felt like, ok this is it, my last semester, better get something out of it. i actually recognized people in class and they remembered me from those two classes we had together that one semester a year ago. it was so... comfortable. i finally gain the sense that i have everything figured out and then... i graduate. oh well.
im selling three of my four text books from last semester, which will fund the purchase of my last textbook and reader to buy, so that's cool.
what else? the second day of production was decidedly easier than the first, by a lot. and that was good. things fell into place and i got most of what i needed to do done. and i left a little after 7 p.m., so not too bad. it was also a happier day with everyone stopping by and saying hello - to all you guys, thanks, i think it gave us all a much needed boost.
