the second wave of recruitment (for daily cal) has come and gone... so far I've received 1 app. unless i havent received copies of apps. its ok tho, i dont want people that are ambitious and apply to multiple positions anyway. lack of a second wave may mean that i can hire people by the end of the week. that would rock my socks.
i actually have class before 1pm tomorrow. jealous?
i love it when i email people and they email me back in two seconds. gives me warm fuzzy feelings inside.
the science editor gave the entire editorial board day planners. she's so nice like that. but then oscar informed me that they were filled with christian stuff like how to find jesus in your life or whatever. so maybe she isnt being nice, maybe she's just trying to indoctrinate us. irony coming from the science desk?
