So... this morning I took a shower just so I could pee standing up. I can't sit on the toilet because it hurts my quads too much to squat down! lol.

Last nights workout was a little easier than Monday, but I was still a "sweat machine" lol. She had me do a little bit of squats but only to sit down on a seat, then stand up to do over head raises for my shoulders. It wasn't bad, and my legs actually felt better after working out since it helped break out the lactic acid. I got home and fed the bunnies pellets instead of veggies because I was exhausted. I went to bed early which helped because I feel better today (energy wise).

Stephanie gave me a meal plan which I started following yesterday. I find that I really like hard boiled eggs instead of scrambled because it is easier to prepare (just peel) and doesn't take long to eat. I made 6 eggs last night so I'm good for the rest of the week. I do have other options for breakfast, like eggs with smoked salmon and greek yogurt with granola and whatever else is on my meal plan that I can't remember. She gave me quite a bit of options.

I brought chicken in a ziplock soaking in a pear vinegarette dressing for lunch. I have frozen couscous with veggies to go with it. I'll need to cook the chicken about 45 minutes befor I'm ready to eat it, I just hope I remember before I get hungry otherwise I will have to wait until the chicken is cooked of course. I also bought some single size protein shakes from Trader Joes. I like this brand, so I had one on my way to work before breakfast and I'll have another one after my workout.

Work is getting stressful. One of my month end accounts is having issues with their file. They didn't send us their file until yesteray because the 1st was a saturday, and Monday was a holiday. So I hope we are able to process the file soon so that it doesn't mail late. It is a client issue, but still. Fingers crossed!
