Update and oh yeah going to san fran with chinoi and teaseon...yeah we are.
With work being so crazy and hectic I need to find ways to releive my stress. Since I am broke as hell massages with happy endings are out of the equation...for now. Golf is getting frustrating too. It pisses me off that I can only shoot 80-82 and can't break into the 70's. So I've decided to start updating my LJ again. Time to vent, time to B.S.
I do believe though that the last time I updated was back in May. So I will summarize what has taken place since then.
- went to LA for 4 days. stayed at the St. Regis in Century City, got drunk on Sunset and was a witness to a shooting in front of Miyagi's. if you find a toe in that area let me know. the guy would want it back.
- am now officially a Vendor Relations Manager. sounds cool but it isn't. it means staying at the office till 8pm sometimes to "chit chat" with west coast reps. I am now an expert at using words like "dude, "gnarly" and "frosty" in the right situations.
- went to the Borgata friday nite. they took all my money. it sucks.
- bought a new set of irons (Cleveland TA5) and driver (Cleveland Launcher). they have improved my game but not as much as I hoped it would. i should have bought an Ipod instead.
- speaking of Ipod's and this is no joke. I hopped on the subway at 4am to go home after haging out at Lotus with Charis and Ariane. sitting across from me was this guy, dead trashed with a stack of $20 bills on his lap. I swear he had at least $1000 there. He also had the new Ipod. I thought about taking it all but i felt all guilty. there would not have been any witnesses since we were the only ones on the train. being the good guy that I am I woke the guy up, told him to put his money in his wallet and his Ipod in his bag before someone steals it (me). He thanks me with some fancy spanish words. I asked him if he could give me some money. He then proceeded to say some not so fancy words in spanish.
yeah, I haven't done much since May. but hopefully the next few months will be exciting and fun filled. things I have to look forward to;
- today I'm meeting up with Charis to help her buy some golf clubs. she left her set in Manila and wants to keep one here. we may get a few rounds in together this year but she is busy with school. she's a law student at Columbia. i now have someone to turn to if I ever end up in jail. and on wednesday she is having her going away party in midtown. i won't make it for dinner, only for drinks. yeah...she's going away for 5 days to visit her family in the Bay Area. I wonder how big a party she'll have if she decides to relocate to a different city.
- looking forward to San Francisco with Jeff and Ant. Jeff, you'll have fun with the girls there. Ant, you'll have fun making fun of me when I get shot down by the girls. will be staying at the Grand Hyatt on Stockton. any beautiful ladies that come across this entry please drop me a note. you are more than welcome to stay with me.
- my dad's bday is on saturday. we're going to Peter Luger's cuz he likes it there. I don't but hey, it ain't my bday.
