these days keep getting longer and longer
she took up journals today, but i didnt have mine ready, so i spent all afternoon getting it ready, and then i forgot to turn it in. now the highest i can get is a 80! damn it
today was so boring
i wanna write a short story or something. if i write something, i want you all to tell me if you like it or not!
Today in English, I sat quietly at my desk. I hadn't felt good in a couple of days. I was beginning to think it was the chicken tenders I ate at lunch on Tuesday. They were cold and stale, just like my heart after my relationship with Stacey had ended. I have to get my mind out of that. It ended 2 and a half months ago. "Get over it Alex! She's not coming back!", I told myself. Was it ever going to happen? Was i ever going to meet someone that would fill that place up in my heart that Stacey did. I was highly doubting it, and i began to fall more into my usual emo, depressed self as of late.
Then it happened...
The sound of a pencil dropping made me feel natural by looking over and pick it up. As i went down, my head was abruptly hit on something. As usual, I was about to yell at the person or object which i hit my head on. But i didn't, my body wouldnt let me. You cant teach that, that's instinct. There she was, the most beautiful girl you could imagine. I've never noticed her before. Maybe because I was wrapped up with Stacey..
Her black hair was like that of a beautiful raven. It was long and her her blue eyes seemed as if giant stars had flown into them and decided to stay. She become flushed with red and quickly looked away. I suddenly remembered her. She was walking down the hallway one day, and Stacey and her friends were teasing her and I laughed along as to not seem like i disagreed with the group. I was awaken from this memory with the sound of the piercing bell. English was over, and the class was pouring out, as like ants leaving work. The girl was already out the door. I tried to catch up with her but it didnt prevail. I sat back in defeat and saw a girl come by, who i had spoken to a few times, mostly just friendly conversations.
"Who was that girl that sat next to me, what was her name", I asked, but I held back, as I didnt want to come off eager.
She said in a very polite voice, "That was Clarissa"
Clarissa, the most beautiful name ever, and a name i would never forget..
