SUP LJ
So it's been about 2 months-ish since my last livejournaling. Apparently in this span of time, livejournal has added some sort of annoying "nudge" feature where your friends can send you notices that i suppose are meant to encourage you to post. I've begun work on a similar technology that informs women when they should be having sex with me, but it's still in the beta stage and has a few kinks that need to be worked out. Not to mention my parole officer is a real hard-ass...
Anyway, basically the only thing that has changed in the last few months is that i have a little bit clearer vision of what i'd like to do with my life. I've added (well not officially, but soon) a film minor to my TV/Radio major, and depending on how that goes, I may double major. I'm working on a screenplay for my screenwriting class, and for the most part i'm really enjoying the process. I still wanna dabble a little in the production side of things, but i'm starting to lean a lot more towards the writing end. From what i've been told in just about every single class i've taken, if i wanna work in this business, I may eventually have to move to Los Angeles. A few years ago I would have slapped a person across the face had they suggested me moving anywhere outside of New York City, but at this point, it doesn't seem like such a horrible idea. It's actually a little bit exciting. A fresh start in a new environment may be just what I need... as long as I can still get the Yankees on TV.
I guess overall things are well. Baseball season is almost upon us... The Rangers are kicking all sorts of ass with my boy (and gold medalist) Henrik between the pipes... Tonight is 75 cent beer night at BR Stars... Yup. Things are gonna be ooooook...
