Hmm, the Judas Egg is something that I'm almost certain will be some sort of event before the end. It's a heavily symbolic/religious reference, and yeah, like you said, it's been all over... with Kilik, he was the one who betrayed the team for Kaito... and Kaito has referenced it in regards to Akito coming back for his satchel. Like Judas who betrayed Christ, my guess is that Agito's really worried that the 'egg' is going to give birth to Rind taking over, and Ikki's betrayal, likely to someone like Kaito. It's not something, at this point, Agito or Akito would do under any circumstances, but Rind so far has been willing to do a lot they haven't already.
So as far as I see it, the whole egg of Judas has nothing to do with the Brain Charger thing, it's really that whole "Ikki, if there's some serious shit wrong with me, I'm losing, kick my ass before something happens." It's permission as much as a warning as much as what's probably a nightmare/terror at this point.
As for the Fang Regalia, it's kinda odd huh? We've seen it show up after Behemoth, and while Akito was tuning, but never ON Agito. I have a suspicion it's UNDER the shell of the A-T Agito's using. (Remember Akira's trick in Behemoth, where it broke through the shell of a really boring looking set of A-T?) As for why he hasn't DONE THAT, especially against Orca? I'm not sure, he could be conserving it, because the infinity atmosphere is INCREDIBLY STRESSFUL on both the rider and the Regalia, or it could just be that only Rind's the acknowledged one that's can go that far (but HE didn't do it either) It could be that they've never been pushed that far, and really Agito only uses precisely enough strength for any opponent.
Or it could be that Oh!Great's keeping it in his pocket for a last, badass power up.

Ahahahah I agree that the egg is definitely the metaphor for Rind/possible Ikki portrayal. (gg Oh!Great for transforming Awesome Shonen Plot Device into biblical references for us XD).
You know, just by going on the visual themes with the egg symbol I had also first thought that the egg (ie Rind) had been implanted into Akito. Going back and reviewing those chapters though, I can’t really come up with a solid reason why this may be true, except that the symbol reoccurs on objects through the manga, especially with the Gravity Children. So I somehow came to conclusion that it was a physical object/event that would show up later. Of course this was all speculation; at some point we will probably get Oh!Great’ed by something plot line coming out from left field anyway.
(poor Aki/Agi ;_;)
I hadn't thought about the regalia being hidden (obvious in hindsight though XD)! After all, the wind regalia do look quite normal when unactivated.
Or it could be that Oh!Great's keeping it in his pocket for a last, badass power up.
Ooooohhh, if this happens, I cannot wait for that chapter. Although Agito is implied to currently be of the weaker kings, I still want him personally to kick solid and undeniable ass.
Hmm, I don't think it was a lie on Rind's part, he's at least some degree an original in their body, one way or another, so I don't actually thing implanted may work. Though I would not be surprised in any way if Kaito had a means of bringing that personality out or putting him back, like he does with Akito and Agito. There's no way Kaito wouldn't know about him.
As for a physical thing or place? Who knows! I really wouldn't be surprised. We only know about the surface of the Tower, and we don't know what happened to Akito while he was in it. I don't try to even predict Oh!Great there.
And man, me either. You have no idea how much the "OH FUCK YEAH!!" Alarmed the cat at the spread of Agito biting through the chains I did. It's so awesome after how many volumes of play up on him being broken, disinterested or weak, to finally really watch him kick ass. More is ALWAYS welcome.

This, I can't really predict.
