PIP! My darling Pip!
I am ever so sorry that things have gone wonky. I'm glad you're trying to stay though. There will be neat things to see. Neat New Englandy things and everybody loves New England ever so much. I will rip up the later I planned to send today because it is no longer good and will write afresh. Then I will send that to you.
I miss you and hope you get no more ticks and hope that life there takes a turn back to the good and fun because you should be having fun. Also, I send a Patronus, just in case.
Sincerely yours,
Al

This is Jon Corcoran writing from--Providence Rhode Island--your neck of the woods. I'm going to the Cape in two weekends and I'm living in Providence for the summer. Why don't you get in touch with me? You could come visit Providence or I could meet up with you on the Cape. Anyway, get in touch. E-mail me wv@brown.edu or call (401)714-7082.
