wow. my second update today....argh sooo bored. i have been studying all friggen day. now for some nice and easy stress relief tips...try them!!!:D
- scream at the top of your lungs into a pillow(it actually really works...untill you get all dizzy)
-*switches into ms condie mode* go to your inner place girls!
-type all randomly like this: opgfuashdfinsdfu0-7809&*(&^&*()$*U%JKnkjn,dfm,nsl;jk(*&*(&fznjdfk90889070sfdhji_*(&*()&*(nj[ do this untill a) your fingers are sore, or b) you feel better]
-call your friends and talk about anything but stress and how stressed you are
- go to
www.miniclip.com and play monkey snowball fight...talk to the random people you play with, and make up really funny stories to who you are.
- go onto random dating sights, and make up stupid stuff, and mess with people.
- log onto your msn, and talk to somebody that can always make you feel better.
- go jump into a snowbank and make snow angels.
-listen to very relaxing music[eg: ocean sounds]
-sit in a quiet place, and relax.
-dance to very old music that you havent heard for a long time {eg: hanson, backstreet boys, the moffats][80's music also works]
-sit and stare blankly at the wall for 10 minuets.
-eat chocolate...lots of chocolate.
-go for a run
-take a long hot shower
-exercise(any type)
-bang your head on the wall
ok well this is it for now...excuse me while i go and bang my head on the wall multiple times.
