Workout 21/09/10

Have decided, since I'm not using this blog for anything else, that I will use it to keep track of my exercise regime I'm starting. Comment if seeing these entries gets annoying, and I'll create a group that leaves you out :p

Workout:
Roughly 2/3 of a circuit, full effort, but long rests in between. Warmup on elliptical. Warmdown on exercycle.

Weight on gym scales, in exercise gear, post workout:
108.7kgs

Feeling afterwards:
Ok - avoided pushing myself too hard, but a step up from last time. Will keep raising the bar.
