good times
well lots to talk about kinda
friday was the average friday. on the way home we saw all of these rapper dudes in town for the NBA allstar thing. they were all bling blingin in the fancey cars with the music up. it was great. me, my sister, and elizabeth put in some outkast and turned it up loud. pretty funny since we were 3 white girls in our school uniforms. haha. wanted to go to a show because this hot dude was gonna be there but that didn't work out. so instead like a loser i went and saw chicago by myself. haha. it was good, i liked all the dancing.
saturday was a slow day. i FINALLY finished this book called the lovely bones. it was sooooooooooo good! i cried. i thought i was gonna just spend the night in cause nobody could do anything but then my sister said i should come out with her. we got tons of beer and headed down to little 5 points to the variety playhouse. dave matthews cover band was playing. we spent about 30 minutes in the car chuggin the beers and then headed to the concert. we were attacked by a dog on the way in and it was really funny. so we got in there and headed straight to the front row. music starts and the band is rockin. it was amazing how much they sounded like the real thing...the lead singer dude even made the same facial expressions as dave. a few songs into the concert i look to the left and there's judson from art and george from chemistry and a bunch of other folks from school. cool to see all of them. jess made us leave before the last song cause she was tired. which sucked. but oh well she was the driver. we dropped alison off at home and then came back home. it was a fun night
this morning i drug myself out of bed for church. i'm glad i did cause it was a cool sermon he talked about this song about babylon that sublime actually did a cover of...awesome. then i went to my dad's, hung out with him, and we took my truck to the shop cause something is wrong with it. now i'm back home.
