I got fed up of pining after the beautiful journal in paperchase and just made one. It's called 'the badly made book'. I've been writing in it for a week (sort of) and nothing exciting has happened to me yet. It's a shame. If writing in a paper journal doesn't bring heroes and excitement then what does? Although now that I think about it, I wrote in one for about 7 years and nothing happened. Perhaps something only happens if you're fictional. But that would make real life very boring wouldn't it?
Anyway, we have a week off now while our stuff is being marked (apart from on monday when we have to go in to check it's all still hanging up, after Roy's 'omg some people still haven't finished hanging their shows and loads of stuff is falling down' email). I will go to interesting places and read and draw and write. Except perhaps not too far away because I can't afford the train fare. It would be a really sensible idea to get a full time job in the summer but I'm not that sensible, or....stable. I just want to work on saturdays and go to the beach. Why can't I just do that?
I noticed on friday that the fashion tutor is unbelievably beautiful. I mean, when you look at him it's like someone punches you gently in the ribs. But not in a crush sort of way. Just, it's nice to know people that beautiful exist.
