First things first, having dreams in which I am on a quest for Nanoha pajamas and running amok among a garage full of cars that apparently belongs to Christina's new bf (Christina being someone I haven't talked to since my Sophomore year of undergrad because we were co-department chairs for a club) made for an interesting morning.
I'm still wondering where the Nanoha pajamas came from XD
Second of all, it took me most of the afternoon and part of the evening but I perservered and completed Xenosaga: Der Wille zur Macht!
Now I just have two more games to go and I will be done with Xenosaga ♥ I will say this though, the game creators could have been downright evil if they wanted to >.< I mean, there I was practically dead after defeating Albedo (who, by the way, has one of the most unique evil/crazy laughs I've ever heard from an English VA), and then it jumps right into the end boss battle.
Ugh.
But it wasn't to evil simply because Albedo was much more on the edge of your seat, OMG! HE'S GOING TO KILL ME! and the end boss guy was kind of laid back, more, "I'll kill you if I want to but mean while, take as much time as you need to cure yourself."
Whew.
It would have been especially evil if I had gone through all of that to only die a the hands of the end, end boss because it also took like 20 minutes to go down the stupid elevator shaft and getting attacked by giant monsters, etc. before you can even reach Albedo. This game really does not like the save points.
But yes, one more video game down :D That makes, what, three for this year? Little Big Planet (the storyboard, not the trophies), Xenosaga I, and Metal Gear Solid? Oh wait, I forgot Flowers :D
For me, that's a record, because I have a tendency to play games, but not defeat them.
*coughs*
If I'm not lazy, I should be able to complete Valkyria Chronicles and inFAMOUS before my brother starts buying more games this winter season. >:D I love having a brother whose a hard core gamer. You never have to purchase any games...
Although I'm tempted to get
MiniNinjas. So cute!
