More Tudors Doodles
Collection of Doodles based around the Showtime show 'The Tudors'. Top left: Thomas Boleyn/ Katherine of Aragon engaging in an act that summarizes their relationship - he's possessing her and yet with the wedding ring he wears you know he loves her. Top right, Joan Larke/ Thomas Wolsey, inspired by Laura Feeman's picture of Lily and James Potter on their wedding day, Wolsey looks like Alan Alda but Joan is perfect. Both this and FalKat are bigger down below this entery.
Below FalKat: The Imperial Ambassador Eustace Chapuys, a very large, strong featured Spaniard (incidently plaied by an Irishman, just as the woman who plays Spanish Katherine is also from Dublin), very handsome, total sweet heart, here he looks much more maschiline than in the picture directly below him where he is embracing his AU wife, Margaret More Roper.
Center: Wolsey and Joan again, sharing a tender moment over one of her pregnancies, he and she had two children together. I am happy with this picture in the fact that neither one looks as they're supposed to. Please note it's the only dress I've ever drawn for her that doesn't have red somewhere on it.
Lower right, Joan and Wolsey again, Wolsey, in the hard copy of this looks a little more like the Actor who plaied him, Sam Neill, however in this Joan looks more like his daughter and less like his lover. Ah, well, you can't win them all. I guess I could always could claim it's his daughter, Dorothy, since the picture isn't too intemit but still, it should be Joan. So there ya go, this is what I do instead of packing for college or going to going away parties. I should probably seek some sort of professional help.
