Oh, parrot, this is wonderful!

"So," House says. "You must be the token people of color."

Thanks! queenzulu insisted that I write about House meeting Teyla, and I am very, very easy like that. :p

And then Sheppard totally jumps McKay in some combination of jealousy, relief and comfort.

Hee! Perfect setup, perfect reactions from House, perfect balance between humor and longing and the quieter emotions now that they're getting older.

Thanks! I was totally, totally being subtle about Sheppard's raging jealously. I was! (And if you want to write that sequel, I would not object.)

And I was close to killing myself over getting the right sort of balance between all the pieces. I'm so glad that it works.

Thanks! And you're totally right. And who better to shake Sheppard up than House? ;)

I've rarely read crossovers simply because I rarely know the references made in the crossovers. *g* This, though ... lovely. I loved the out-snarking of Rodney and the very real way House came across. And many great lines from both, lol. Thanks!

Many thanks! It's always tough trying to get House to come across right from Rodney's POV, because he always sees so much and so little.

I will say this again, and again, and maybe again: I LOVE SHEP.

You're totally right about him stealing every scene he's in. Jealous!Shep is just like that, I think.

Whee! House in space! I know very little of SGA - but enough to *heart* this pairing and this story.

House in space is always be fun! And my heart may belong to House/Wilson, but I will never not love House/McKay.
