Gym and Onyx
So I joined a gym today. I have gained all the weight back and then some that I lost for the wedding. I weigh 155 lbs which is the heaviest I have ever been.
I can't even stand myself. I only have a few things I can wear. And the last two days I have split the seams in my scrubs. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.
I found a gym that has basically the stuff I want and it is really the only place I could find where I would work out that you didn't have to sign a contract. Plus they are the cheapest around and I can stop going at any time.
They have a movie room where they play a movie and its in the dark and you can work out. REALLY cool.
I am also trying to get Onyx some sort of nebulizer. The vet I spoke with in Dallas could really only talk to me. I figured that would be the case but I thought maybe there was a way around the law where they HAVE to see the animal if I gave them the records and they talk to my vet and confer with each other, but that is not the case.
She told me a couple things I wasn't aware of and I had asked about some things from the community ratties had told me about, one being a nebulizer. She said that was something she thought I should try. Problem is my vet doesn't have the type of nebulizer that I need. I think I found one on ebay that I can use that someone from ratties recommended. I just had a couple of more questions about it.
I also emailed the office manager at the vet's office in Dallas and asked that they give the Dr. the email and ask if those nebulizers were ok. But not sure how long it will take for them to respond and the auctions are ending soon. I may just go ahead and buy one. My vet had said they were like 300.00 but I found one on ebay for 35.00. I guess she hasn't priced things lately.
Anyway, hopefully that will help Onyx. We will see.
