Well, Benny is *trying* to eat solid food. He tried really hard to open the sunflower seed that I gave him. And then when we "lost" that one, I cracked one for him and he still couldn't figure out how to open it. ::sigh::

There is a organic hulled seed mix that is good to start fleglings on, it is the soak sprout mix in the gold bag from I think Higgens Do not have the bag any more the seeds are in a jar in my frezer.
Birdy Bread might be a good thing to try.

I've been meaning to make birdy-bread anyway, to see if I can get Ducky interested. So I may try that!
