bioDry carpet cleaning - is it toxic?

Hey does anyone know if this system of carpet cleaning is ok with birds?

The birds would be on a different floor of the house, close to a window so there would be a lot of ventillation, But I don't know if that will be good enough - any info would be much appreciated, there is a sale on today I would like to take advantage of, if I can.
