Does anyone have any experience with the Hagen Vision II Large and Tall cage?
http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/birds/bird_cages_and_accessories/cockatiel/hagen/43059 Our two cockatiels Vic and Fred currently have a Ferplast cage, and the base is breaking, plus the wires are bending/getting all messed up. We'll need to replace it fairly soon, and I was debating going for another Ferplast or getting the Hagen one.
Vic can't walk or fly due to messed up legs from bad nutrition (before we got him), so we need a cage with horizontal bars as he needs all the help he can get climbing. The only ones I've found with horizontal bars are Ferplast and Hagen - none of the fancier brands like Montana do ones with the right bar spacing, unfortunately, but if anyone knows a better cage that will meet our needs and can be bought in the UK, I'd be welcome to suggestions.
Here's a really old pic of the two that you can see Vic's wonky legs:
Thanks in advance!
