Cleaning Solutions for cat urine and upholstery?

My home does a sort of impromptu cat rescue. In other words, someone we know finds a cat without a home and brings it to us. We Q and get it vet care, get it on a good diet, and find it a home. One of our older resident cats did NOT take kindly to one of the fosters being here and decided to express his displeasure by peeing on the couches. We rehomed the foster in question, and now I need to clean my couches.

The problem? My parrots are in my living room cause it's getting colder outside and they can't stay on the back porch (screened in and protected, but not weather proofed this year). Is there something that will remove cat urine smells/stains without killing my birds? Normally I would use nature's miracle, but with the birds inside now, that isn't an option. It needs to be something I can mix in large quantities, we have a MASSIVE sectional sofa and the whole thing needs to be cleaned. Thanks guys!
