Today is the very first day of the fourth month of our 12 month long house rental.
There is now a 'For Sale' sign in the yard.
This is the first time I've rented a home, but I was expecting to have to keep it in showable shape for say, 3 months, maybe 4. 5 seems unreasonable. 9 seems ludicrous.
