i should be working on homework, but i'm really tired of trying to make what looks like the front page of a newspaper on word. i made the assumption that we have publisher on this computer. it turns out we don't.

actually, i don't think i've ever done what you describe. i assign unique, albeit blurry and often changing faces to every character i read. kinda like dreams when the face of a character morphs into someone else, and then changes identy. i suppose your way would make it easier to keep characters straight in not-as-well-written books, but then you have the whole assigning 'characteristics to strangers and even friends' that can get hairy.
also, it was good to see you again. i wished we had spoken more.

Your way of reading is interesting. Do you know what I wonder....
I make up people in my dreams and the characters I assign in my books.
I say I make them up as in I've never seen these people before, but do they exist?
Wouldn't you think they would...be....somewhere...out there?
