as the legend goes, each year on the date of you're birth, you age another year. thus, following the age old legend of time, tommorow i will be rounding the corner of the 17th year of my life, and turning onto the 18th year. its called a "birthday" ...fancy concept, but i guess us simple people can pretend to live a pretty fancy life every now and again.
