General malaise, I suppose
So... I'm progressing on my LJ learning curve. I've been playing with layouts and I made my very first icons (nothing fancy, but they're mine, bwah, hah, hah). Damn it, virtually all of Chase's scenes in the last ep were in the dark, so the screen caps are lousy.
I'm supposed to be working on 'official' writing assignments for my job, so of course I'm farting around with fanfics and such.
My dogs are driving me NUTS. We have two fairly new foster dogs - one who has separation anxiety and a total obsession with my presence (not as flattering as it sounds - I long to take a shower in peace), and another who is the most stubborn, ornery beast I have ever worked with. They're both sweet as can be, but sometimes they make me consider rolling up a newspaper (but I won't, unless it's to beat myself over the head with).
