I'm not dead. Just mostly on the Facebook.... here's an update for those of you who are bored enough to read it.
November 2009 I finally moved out of Brandon's house into my own little apartment.
I started school this last summer and have my CNA completed, I start the nursing program in the spring semester. Still planning on getting a master's degree in midwifery. Still have 6 years to go. should be done before I'm 40 though. I don't teach childbirth classes at all anymore, haven't attended births in years. :( Really sad about it. Maybe I will recertify as a doula if I ever find any extra time.
All I ever do these days is work and school and every other weekend play with my girls who are all grown up.
Parker is almost 11 and Zoe will be 8 in December. Their friends call me the cool mom. They are both very smart and beautiful and funny as hell. They are really good kids and I'm lucky to have them.
I am single. I liked being single when I wasn't all crazy about some guy but now I am crazy about a really good guy, he takes better care of me than any other guy ever has, he is smart and funny and good looking, he LOVES my kids and they are crazy about him, BUT he lives in the San Francisco bay area and doesn't want to do the long distance relationship thing. He comes and visits about once a month, I have been able to go visit him twice, once this last weekend.
