If I am ever horribly murdered and come back as a sort of Angel of Death, able to horribly kill others, the first person I will target will be the one who killed me in the first place. If I've been driven insane by the process and need to rack up a certain body count to ascend to heaven or whatever, I'll probably go after those I felt personally wronged by ("Take that, teacher who marked me down a grade for a factually incorrect reason in the second grade!"), followed by the rapists and murderers who the death penalty would idealy target -- those who are complete jerks that'd do it again, deemed by my etherial ghostly judgement powers.
If it ever reached the point that I ever thought of people who didn't post/comment/email some message, I would instead give them a solid slap upside the head for passing it on and annoying people.
