I get upset when things do not go as planned. 2 meet-ups with friends did not push through this week. I was looking forward to those dinner and bonding moments since it's been a while since we've seen each other.

Maybe I should lower expectations and should not exert that much effort anymore so that I wouldn't be disappointed.
