My brother-in-law is in the hospital

My sister just called me and my brother-in-law is in the hospital. Starting at 4 am Monday he was throwing up and had diarhea all day and threw Tuesday and he fainted twice. Everything was coming out black too, which means that there's blood. He finally let Dawn (my sister) take him down to the hospital and it turns out that he has an ulcer on his stomach and it's right on an artery (therefore the blood). So he's lost a lot of blood; but he's in stable condition. Dawn has been all worried and she hasn't been sleeping and she's so emotional right now and she can't deal with anything (which is all quite understandable). One time he fainted he also stopped breathing and Dawn had to do mouth-to-mouth resucitation to get it going again.

On top of it all, she has a migraine (which she's had for 3 days) and she can't think about anything but her hunny so she hasn't been eating or drinking and is dehydrated, hasn't had time to clean the house so it is an absolute wreck and she can't stand to even look at it right now, and she's dealing with her dad and his cancer. He was there last week and she spent most of her time in the hospital with him, then the day after he left she and Albert (her husband) had their district convention, then the last night of the d.c. is when Albert started throwing up and when Dawn got her migraine. Albert is supposed to be released tomorrow, and then the day after Dawn's dad comes back in town to go back to the hospital and get followup checks etc. and then this week Dawn also goes in to be checked if she has cancer. This weekend is supposed to be Dawn and Albert's wedding anniversary too (7 years) and they really needed the break, but they don't know that it's going to happen.

I don't think that they can stay in that house though, they'll go insane.

I wish I could go down there and help out and support my sister, but I have no way of getting down there right now. I could fly, but I don't have the money and the logistics just don't work out right now.

Well I had to get that off my chest and tell somebody, since my parents aren't here
