I find myself searching in vain for the perfect cup of coffee. I don't much like the coffee I make. :( I hate Starbuck's. It's too strong and bitter.

Hmm. Wish I could offer suggestions, but I'm too easy to please. A lot of people I know are addicted to Starbucks - even though there's a lot of peer pressure and pc pressure NOT to. I love the smell of Starbuck's - just walking in the door transports me back.

I just wish the taste matched the smell.

Oh, I envy you. I used to be hooked on coffee. I can't drink it now. :(

Oh, I still love that page, it was one of the first I found when I made my way back into my Pros obsession a few years back. (Yes, I suffer with sentimentality. *g*)
Did you say you haven't seen this pic in colour before? I've seen the black and white ones dotted about. It is a lovely picture of them both. :D The only thing I found frustrating was the pic in colour on that page was rather small to make the boys out really well, and there was no way to see it bigger.
But I got the photo a couple of months ago, in colour. :) And I thought if you haven't seen it any bigger than that one, and in colour, well... now you can. :)

You are an ANGEL! Thank you so much for sharing this photo! I do have it in black and white, but seeing it in colour is like having an entirely new photo. ^-^ I love it! Gorgeous. Do you know where it was taken, by any chance?

You can't drink coffee? I'm sorry - I mean I'm happy that you've managed to break the addiction (it's hard!). Is it for medical reasons, or religious, or?

I've never been a coffee drinker. Probably comes from having English parents, who only ever drank tea, so now I just couldn't get going in the mornings without my cuppa (tea).

I hadn't seen that site before. Thankyou. Have had a pleasant few minutes going through the pics there finding some I hadn't seen before, although it is a shame they are so small. The backgrounds of the pages were a bit offputting too. Oh dear! I am being picky again. ;)

Also, a thank you to crimson_37 for showing us that pic around the right way. It just isn't them when the photo has been flipped.

I'm glad that I was able to point you towards that site. It is a shame that the photos aren't bigger - I've gotten spoiled with all of the "click twice for the large version" photos around! I just like her collection and the fact that she has so many that either I've never seen anywhere else or that are unusual.

Tea - I'd join you in a cup, with great happiness. :)

Yeah, I'm with you, Paris, coffee is truly one of life's pleasures. I have to be cqreful how much caffeine I drink, so my two caffeinated cups of java a day are TREASURED:)) And I love that pic and have never seen it in colour before, so thank you for sharing that.

I still haven't learned to like coffee, although I started drinking tea a year ago. I felt like maybe I'd grown up--I, too, now have a caffeinated hot beverage in the morning. *g* I suspect I could come to like coffee but, really, do I need another habit? *g*

Thank you (and Crimson!) for the photo! I hadn't seen that in color, either. Cool.

No, you don't need another habit... you're right. Do you mind me asking - is there a reason why you haven't drank tea or coffee until recently? No rush in answering - I understand how crazy busy things are!

You know, you must have more responsibilities than I do, how in the world do you manage to juggle everything? I'm being driven crazy here. *g* My hat's off to you!

As for coffee/tea...well...I didn't care for the taste of coffee when I was a kid. Not that I had more than a taste, but when there were other drinks available I didn't see the need to develop one. I was a pop drinker--that was (and still is) my my main source for caffeine. In college it was tough not drinking coffee, as after dinner people wanted to hang out in the dining call drinking coffee and...I didn't. And by then, for me, it was a matter of, er, bloody mindedness. *g*

As for tea... it was never around when I was a kid, and then, again, I had no real reason to seek it out. I tried on and off, but it only really took with me last year. Strange but true. (And a long-winded answer to a simple question! *g*)
