Tell me a story
Of forgotten friendships
Due to lack of trust
Rumors spread like death
Drown your conscience
Forget truth and heart
Tomorrow guilt will heal
As long as they all love you
Lull me to sleep
With soft spoken words
From a razor sharp tongue
Lay me down to rest
Resight my eulogy
As you bury my trust alive
But now i see you
For who youve always been
Without a heart or care
Friends are disposable
Popularity is priceless
With a throne
Fit for a fiend
No one sees the demon within you
Tell me another lie
Of friends who trust
With an untouchable bond
My eyes are open wide
To the truth behind the eyes
You cant hide on what you thrive on
One day youll fall to pieces
One day youll see why i left
One day youll stop the lies
One day youll lose the light
Theres a burial plot fit for a king
With a eulogy meant for a fiend
The tombstone reads
To the king who couldnt even control himself
Lay his demons down to rest
And leave him face to face with death
