I was in some big city that resembled Los Angeles. There were a team of scientists and other people around me and we were all afraid for some reason. We found out that an artificially created comet was out of control and some people were still trying to harness its power even though it was too much for them to handle. The comet rose from the ground and hovered for a while above the surface and it was toxic. It infected some of the people around us with its radiation. The ones that were infected went on the attack, going after all the ones that weren't poisoned. I ran from a few of these people as they chased me through the city. We fought one another briefly before I would have to run again as I was being outnumbered. The radiation of the comet started to melt away parts of the building, leaving only the metallic frame behind. A lot of running and dodging and jumping happened through the remnant frames. I was sad as I saw the sky start to turn gray and the city was being warped before my eyes. I wanted to get back to my team so I could get help. While I was running, I looked back to where the comet was to see that it had enlarged and was about to explode. It glowed a bright orangeish red before it did. The debris settled quickly but Earth was completely transformed. Everything was covering in a blanket of snow as far as you could see. There was light but it wasn't coming from the sun which didn't seem to exist anymore. The sky had turned a grayish purple color and the enemies were readily identified in their military-like attire.
I made my way back to my team and discovered that we had a ship now. They'd managed to set up shop while the enemies recreated civilization as best as they could to give a false sense of security and peace. I could overhear one of them talking about how they were going after the rebels and ran to warn the members that we needed to leave this place as soon as we could. One of them sensed that I'd overheard and they started to chase me. I went into the ship we had and explained the situation. We were safe for a while until the enemies realized all of us were in the ship and focused all their firing on us. Their guns burned a hole in part of the ship. Two of the team members went outside to fight them off. I called them back in and sealed the ship off with my mind and enclosed our ship in a protective cube. We all ran towards the core to a woman that was some sort of high rank. She was in labor and telling us how we needed to deal with the enemies as soon as we could. They continued to fire on our ship with bigger weapons, eventually breaking through the barrier I'd created. As she started to deliver, the weaponfire was making its way to us and I had to deflect a few of them from the delivering woman. I wasn't sure how but I knew our fate was somehow intertwined with her surviving as the baby being born healthily.
