Ted Tonks? Andromeda's husband? Was he a Muggle, or a Muggle-born wizard?
Sirius calls him a 'Muggle-born' when he's describing the tapestry in OotP, but the Lexicon's version of the Black family tree calls him a 'Muggle'. Does anyone happen to remember any other references as to whether he was a wizard or not in canon? Someone please tell me if there has been a discussion on this since the family tree was released?
