From the Black Letter Prayer Book, which would eventually become the Book of Common Prayer (we found a copy in Van Pelt, and brough it back - I promise icons when I've a chance from its intials. There are some nice ones, though the selection's a bit limited (Lots of O's and J's though)
I'm afraid I just found the page title amusing, although I suspect that you probably could still use this chart if I had taken a picture of the whole page.
