Time: Just after the start of the event.
Summary: Poor Kaoru. Not only has he woken up in another part of the city, he is thoroughly confused as to why he is how he is.
Warnings: So far, nothing.
Notes: I'll throw this up now and get back to it in the morning <3
Kaoru had woken up that morning and... basically it had all gone downhill from there. Not only had he been woken up by his communicator giggling at him, but he was he in a room he hardly recognised.
Oh, and he was in the body of a certain female troll, too.
That in itself was a whole 'nother can of worms he didn't want to open yet.
Not entirely sure of the protocol in such a situation Kaoru had, after throwing a minor fit, just up and left - taking the communicator he assumed was Nepeta's along with him, but not having the presence of mind to use it. He highly doubted he was going to be believed. And he couldn't even go lie low in his own flat, or in the store. Why? Because he's left his keys in his other body.
So he just wandered through the streets through the rain, hands in his - Nepeta's? - pockets. Well, Nepeta's hands too, he supposed. With any luck he'd come across a rational human being he could explain his problems to. If not, he could always hide until it was over, right?
