lots of new zines!

Hi, it seems that I've forgotten to mention the last twelve zines I've added to the catalog. Here they are, in quick-summation style:

POETIC JUSTICE #2 - A thick little collection of theme-based writing. Cut and paste style.

BOUND AT THE WRISTS - An attractive little zine that includes thirteen poems.

UNTITLED (BLUE ARROWS) - "A comic about the exhaustion experienced during the creative process." Well-drawn and nicely executed.

JUST OUT OF REACH - A nicely illustrated "search for answers and purpose that result in an unlikely encounter with a bee hive."

I SHOULD HAVE SEEN IT COMING - "13 poems about human nature, politics, and dead relationships."

AFTERMATH #8 - A witty and entertaining, completely handwritten, cut-and-paste zine that includes funny personal stories and hilarious Star Wars fan fiction.

ART BUREAU #8 - A collection of art and writing about art from artists who "embrace the do-it-yourself aesthetics of publishing."

CRAPULESCENCE - A personal zine about the lack of a high-school sex live and the eventual development of a serious relationship. Comes with a Duran Duran fanzine (Reflex) and a button.

EMERGENCY #5 - An extremely well-written, thick, and stylistically refined zine about one long, tough year. One of the best zines I've read in a while. Highly recommended.

BOTTLETREE READER #1 - A collaborative effort with a theme of voyeurism. Includes two comics and four poems. From the some of the same people who brought you the Relax, Bro comic and It Happens In Here.

THE FUTURE GENERATION #14 - The zine for subculture parents, kids, friends & others. This issue is the "WORK" issue and includes writing about working together, employment, working for oneself, and the work of being a parent.

TIME IS THE PROBLEM #3 - Jim's zine is 100% handwritten and simple-looking. Like the pages of his journal organized and bound together cohesively and concisely. Ruminations and musings on family, family friends, and day-to-day encounters.

Alright! Please stop by the website and read more about these new publications, and maybe place an order or two. Remember that all US orders over $35 receive free shipping, and I currently have 206 titles to choose from.

If you live in Fredericksburg like I do, head over to Riverby Books on Caroline Street -- they're currently carrying select titles from the Parcell Press catalog along with many fine used books.

THANKS
