Glee 2x16 "Original Song"

Instead of squealing aloud I, ahem, got all sniffly.

Part of me wishes that were the series finale, so the writers can't mess up the perfection that was this ep.

Last week, when Blaine was going through the sexy faces in Kurt's room, I was beginning to think he's become more consciously aware that he wants that. This week, spoilage aside, when he got all handsy during "Misery" it became clear he'd had something of a revelation. I mean, come on, a guy hasn't touched another guy that much on TV since the brothers Petrelli. So I don't think it was "Blackbird" that did it all of a sudden, except that it was a moment where he saw Kurt at his full potential and may have been a no turning back point of smittenness. It's like Blaine to realize something all of a sudden, even if it was obvious before that during the groping.

I like how, in the Blaine-y context of Blaine-ness and the reserved Dalton atmosphere, "I want Kurt for my duet partner" is basically a declaration of love. I loved that. I love stuffiness and repression and decorum vs boiling emotion.

I love that Kurt is back to his snarky self.

"I've been looking for you forever" just made my eyes water. That was such a pure, perfect, sweet moment. I love that Blaine wanted to spent more time with Kurt, even though he spends all his time with Kurt :) I loved the dignity and the sincerity of that scene, yet I wonder how long they stayed there making out after the scene cut away. Hee!

Is it wrong that I liked Puck's song the best?

I love how Blaine didn't even care about the competition. He was just all "Kurt. Mine. *touch, touchy, touch, touch*" I see though that Kurt wants to be back with this friends. Loved that he brought his foam finger :) And I loved when Rachel stood up for them. She never seems like such a better person than when she sincerely cheers on someone else. I was glad to see her get the spotlight for once.

Lol'd at "I just tweeted that Obama's a terrorist!" heh

Now I fear what the writers will do.
