For two weeks. that's right two, I'm working on this project: http://monorail.nowhere2nowhere.com/ My job? Kitchen Head. So for a week I will be feeding between 16-29 people, with a random assortment of dietary requirements, in the middle of a dusty desert. Wish me luck I haven't forgotten anything cause there is no running out to the store to get it later :-)
