Well, I haven't been reading news articles much lately, but here's what caught my eye today between classes & such:

Texas' Parent Notification Laws show that there is an increased risk to teens This article leaves alot of questions unanswered (what is the pregnancy rate among teenagers? Is there an increase in sex education in these areas with lower abortion rates? Are there any documented cases of increased health risk on teenagers that are waiting until their 18th birthday to avoid the law?
