Grad School in a Nutshell
And, this is the gist of grad school. You aren't a real student, so you're not covered under student rules. You aren't even given the same respect/accord as part-time employees of the university. You work whatever hours they tell you and only get paid for 20 hours...at a rate that is much lower than a college graduate at an entry level position.
