"Happy Hanukkah" Incites Beating
Jews beaten on NY subway for wishing fellow passenger "Happy Hanukkah", Muslim man defends Jews from mob.
Okay, I need to get off the internets and hide until after the holidays. This country is going insane. I think it really says something that there were 10 people arrested as suspects in the beating and only one person (a Muslim!) identified as coming to the aid of these three people.
Update: Apparently this isn't the first hate crime incident for some of the suspects. This article goes into a bit of detail and shows MySpace pictures of some of the suspects pointing guns at friends' heads. Other pictures reportedly show them flashing gang symbols and/or the middle finger.
