Seriously, these people need to try looking up current laws and past Supreme Court cases before trying this shit. It has already been deemed illegal to teach creationism in public science classrooms or to ban/degrade the teaching of evolution. Creationism (as well as "creation science", "intelligent design" and all the other pseudonames) have been official defined as equivilent and as religious advocacy that has no place in science curriculum. Teachers can be fired for teaching creationism. School districts cannot ban evolution, put disclaimers in textbooks, make teachers read diclaimers, provide equal time for creationism, call evolution "just a theory", etc.
