Countdown to radiation treatment
In about an hour, I get to be shot up with a radioactive tracer and go on a water drinking marathon for four hours before they put me under a big camera to see how screwed up my back is. Fun, fun, fun. So, I should be getting some breakfast and pouring a few bottles of water to take with me.
There are a bunch of fires all over southern Oklamhoma and northwest Texas. The closest they come to us is still over four hours drive away. Since they don't think it'll make it into Dallas, I doubt it will come far enough south to be a danger to us, but I'll keep an ear tuned to the news. It's also is not nearly as dry here as it is north of Fort Worth.
