*Semi-scientific proof that I should be making time in my schedule for a yoga class. Full article here. Although, they did a therapeutic viniyoga style and warn that serious back conditions like disk injuries might not see improvement. Oh well, might be worth a try, might make it worse. Who knows.
*Speaking of back pain, it looks like teenagers are abusing more drugs (but smoking less). Full article here.

*Switzerland is allowing in hospital assisted suicides. Good move in my book for 1. the right to die with dignity and 2. making sure it's done in the least painful and most effective way. Full article here.
